1. The rented space is a non-transferable and may not be sublet. Only one property may occupy rented space.
2. Payment and registration must be completed in advance.
3. Current tags and registration must be maintained according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the county where the vehicle is stored.
4. Property in our lots must be adequately maintained and moveable. All spaces must be kept free of trash and debris.
5. Vehicles must be parked in the assigned space in a manner not to impede adjoining spaces.
6. Each renter will be given the combination of the gate of the storage lot and will be responsible for securing the gate of the storage lot during and after storage.
7. Vehicles must be in storage and patrons must be out of FHSTC by 9 p.m.
8. In the event of breach of the contract by renter, FHSTC shall be entitled to recover its costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing its rights herein.
9. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, FHSTC, its officers, agents servants, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damage, liabilities, and expense arising out of the operation of this contract.
10. Renter agrees to maintain adequate insurance on his/her property while it is on the property of FHSTC.
11. Renter waives all claims against FHSTC and its agents and employees for damage to or loss of property, including but not limited to theft, pilferage, fire, flood, vandalism or act of God.
12. Space is rented for $200 flat rate for each vehicle from Sunday, September 13th 2026 (7:00 a.m.) until Saturday, May 1st 2027 (6:00 p.m.).
13. Property must be removed from premises by Saturday, May 1st 2027 (6:00 p.m.).
